Textiltek was founded by textile finishing engineers who spent decades inside plants — not in offices. That hands-on background is the foundation of everything we do.
From the Plant Floor to Global Consulting
Textiltek was established by a team of textile finishing specialists who had spent their careers inside finishing plants — commissioning stenters, troubleshooting dyeing processes, and building QA systems from the ground up. We saw the same problems recurring across plants in different countries: good equipment underperforming, chemistry applied without rigour, and institutional knowledge walking out the door when experienced operators retired.
We founded Textiltek to address those gaps directly. Not with generic management consulting frameworks, but with deep technical expertise applied on-site, alongside plant teams, in the language of finishing operations.
Today we work with finishing plants across 12 countries — from large integrated mills to specialist contract finishers — helping them optimize processes, commission equipment correctly, and build the internal capability to sustain improvements long-term.
